We are looking to appoint a Learning Coach to work with students in receipt of Pupil Premium funding, alongside a Learning Coach who co-ordinates and supports the ASPIRE programme. The post will involve supporting students in receipt of Pupil Premium funding across the school. It will include mentoring of individuals, provision of in-class support and liaison with teachers and support staff.
Successful candidates should be proactive and dedicated to raising the profile and improving outcomes for the targeted group. You will need to be prepared to support a wide range of students, be flexible, enjoy working with young people and very importantly retain a sense of humour.
